Responsibilities
Supporting deal execution including financial modeling, valuation analysis across both debt and equity transactions, market research, and organizing information into presentable formats
Managing diligence requests, data rooms, and information flow during live transactions
Researching relevant sector trends including operational metrics and valuation multiples
Monitoring and tracking relevant transactions within Pederson&Co’s sector coverages
Supporting firm business development efforts
Qualification
Required
Top tier analytical skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar study
1 to 3 years of investment banking, transaction advisory, private equity, financial due diligence, or accounting experience
High level of accounting knowledge and proficiency around 3-statement financial analysis
Excellent writing and oral communication
Flexibility in working extended hours and ability to learn quickly
Resourcefulness, creativity, and intellectual curiosity
