Responsibilities

Responsible for the technical lifecycle of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) or Finance & Operations (F&O) platform

You will act as the bridge between legacy banking mainframes and modern cloud-first CRM solutions

Develop custom C# Plugins and Workflow Activities using the CRM SDK

Extend the UI with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) using TypeScript/React

Write complex JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side form logic and ribbon customizations

Develop and deploy Azure Functions and Logic Apps to process asynchronous data

Implement secure messaging patterns using Azure Service Bus or MQ Series

Manage authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0 and Azure Key Vault

Design and maintain the backend database schema within Dataverse/SQL Server

Develop ETL pipelines for data migration from legacy banking systems

Build and embed Power BI dashboards directly into Dynamics for contextual insights

Automate deployments using Azure DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines

Ensure all code Global Security Standards (e.g., data encryption, PII masking)

Participate in Test Driven Development (TDD) and automated unit testing (using FakeXrmEasy or Moq)
