Responsibilities

Serve as the air traffic controller for our content pipeline — planning, tracking, and prioritizing creative work across stakeholders
Maintain and evolve a centralized creative calendar/production schedule to ensure clarity on deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies
Define and refine creative workflows — from intake through delivery — optimizing for quality and speed
Partner with channel leads (social, email, retail, digital) to understand goals and translate them into clear, actionable creative briefs
Own project plans — from kickoff through execution — including timelines, assets, approvals, and post-mortem
Widen Creative team reach and ability to deliver against channel-specific goals (i.e. Windows Strategy, Website Content Strategy or Wholesale Strategy)
Facilitate communication across teams to remove blockers and align execution with business priorities
Ensure campaigns are informed by Merchandise strategy and product insights — contributing to storytelling that is grounded in product truth
Manage budgets and forecasts for marquee brand campaigns (e.g., Formentera activation)
Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure cost-effective delivery without sacrificing creative integrity

Required

3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project management, creative operations, or related roles; preferably within consumer brands or apparel
Proven track record in managing complex campaigns and creative workflows with multiple stakeholders
Strong project planning skills, including scoping, resource allocation, risk management, and timing
Budget management experience and comfort owning financial tracking for campaigns
Excellent written communication with the ability to de-risk briefs and translate strategy into clarity
High emotional intelligence — you're both a diplomat and a driver
