Responsibilities

Support the mission, goals, and values of the organization with integrity and professionalism
Lead the development and delivery of Epic training programs, with Willow as a core focus, across a defined group of end users
Deliver classroom, virtual, and one-on-one Epic training sessions as needed
Master assigned Epic applications and workflows to create audience-specific training materials (classroom, virtual, print, and computer-based)
Develop curriculum and deliver training for principal trainers, credentialed trainers, super users, and end users
Organize and manage end-user training schedules, registration, attendance, and completion tracking
Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training content and delivery
Provide elbow support and virtual end-user support during activation and go-live periods
Partner closely with IT leadership, application analysts, operational leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with build and workflows
Lead the build, testing, maintenance, and refresh of Epic training environments
Serve as a Learning Management System (LMS) administrator
Act as a liaison between end users and Epic build teams to enhance training outcomes
Conduct rounding with end users to assess proficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with application and operational teams to identify workflow optimization opportunities
Support change management initiatives by generating enthusiasm and confidence among users and stakeholders
Promote adherence to Epic and industry best practices, standards, and quality expectations

Required

Epic Willow Certification (Required)
Proven experience leading Epic end-user training, TDR, and/or activation efforts
Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability and willingness to travel onsite to Indiana when required

Preferred

Active Epic certification in one or more additional applications listed below (Preferred)
Candidates who are multi-certified are preferred
Priority will be given to candidates who help fill gaps across the following application areas: Clin Doc, Orders, Ambulatory, Cadence
Additional Applications Needed Across the Team: Referrals, Cupid, Radiant, Willow, ASAP, OpTime, Beaker
