Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data to summarize information for impactful client presentations
Utilize industry-leading tools in the development and execution of client projects, including wellbeing benchmarking, health vendor comparisons, and Mercer survey data
Assist with Request for Proposals (RFPs) to select carriers or vendors on behalf of clients
Collaborate with senior consultants to assess client needs and develop effective implementation strategies
Engage with a diverse range of vendors and partners to support clients’ health and benefits strategies
Support MercerWell subject matter experts in content development and the delivery of innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
Progress toward a master's degree with an expected graduation year of Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
Significant coursework or a desire to work in health consulting
Project management experience, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, and strong attention to detail
Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future is required
Preferred
Passionate about population health and improving the member healthcare experience
Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative) with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with superior organizational abilities and attention to detail
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and critical thinking, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, adapt to changing client needs, and work under tight deadlines
