They are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to create and manage engaging content across various platforms, driving business growth through social media strategy and content creation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to plan and execute social campaigns

Produce, edit, and publish content native to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, & YouTube

Create and enhance photography and videography tailored to each platform

Manage and share aligned articles, storytelling, and messaging through brand and Realtor social channels

Engage daily with comments to build relationships and grow community

Maintain brand consistency across all channels

Test new approaches

Maintain a clean, searchable media library for efficient creation and collaboration

Manage multiple campaigns

Stay current on social trends and industry best practices

Assist in developing partnerships with local vendors and community collaborators

Track performance to optimize content and drive leads, bookings, and appointments
