Responsibilities
Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with organizational goals and statewide expansion
Lead enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, and digital infrastructure initiatives
Oversee technology-enabled solutions for data management, reporting, and population health programs
Build, manage, and mentor IT staff, promoting operational excellence and innovation
Partner with executive leadership and providers to ensure technology enhances care delivery, coordination, and equity
Manage vendor relationships, technology contracts, and IT procurement processes
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, cybersecurity standards, and relevant state/federal IT regulations
Own IT budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning to support organizational priorities and growth
Establish technology governance, risk management, and multi-year roadmaps to ensure scalability, security, and compliance
Oversee and optimize key technology platforms including EHR-related integrations, interoperability (HL7/FHIR), cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure/AWS/GCP), and analytics/population health reporting tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred
10+ years of senior-level IT leadership, preferably in healthcare or complex networks
Proven experience leading enterprise IT operations, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives
Strong cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise system knowledge
Exceptional strategic, operational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Demonstrated experience with IT governance, budget ownership, and long-range technology strategy/roadmaps
