Responsibilities
Manage key client relationships: Serve as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market technology clients
Drive account growth: Identify, scope, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with client goals and Devsu's core capabilities
Ensure retention and satisfaction: Maintain exceptional client satisfaction and prevent churn through proactive relationship management and value-driven delivery
Develop strategic account plans: Create client-specific growth strategies and success roadmaps aligned with quarterly and annual KPIs
Commercial & financial ownership: Lead renewal negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract changes. Accurately forecast revenue, retention, and pipeline growth
Operational excellence: Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery, Operations, and Marketing to ensure impactful, high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations
Define and improve processes: Partner with leadership to formalize scalable account management frameworks, playbooks, and success metrics
Mentor and collaborate: Share knowledge and best practices to help build a culture of account management excellence within Devsu
Market presence: Represent Devsu at industry events and client engagements to strengthen relationships, visibility, and partnership opportunities
Own your portfolio: Operate with the autonomy and accountability typical of high-growth technology services environments
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or enterprise relationship management, ideally within technology services, digital transformation, or software consulting
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding growth and retention goals
Experience managing a $2M+ book of business with proven revenue expansion results
Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills
Solid understanding of technology and digital solutions, with the ability to speak confidently to both technical and business stakeholders
Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
Ability to travel domestically (estimated 20-30%) for client meetings and industry events
Preferred
Experience in high-growth technology consultancies or nearshore software development
Familiarity with building or scaling account management frameworks from the ground up
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA a plus)
