Responsibilities
Negotiating and closing large sales opportunities by presenting to individuals or to groups through use of persuasive verbal and written communication skills
Consistently meeting and exceeding sales target while managing administrative and CRM responsibilities
Solving complex problems with a positive attitude in a highly competitive environment
Analyzing point of sale and market share data to understand where to spend time and resources
Collaborating and sharing knowledge with numerous people within different segments of the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 3 years of relevant experience
High School Diploma/GED AND 5+ years of relevant experience
Current, valid Driver's License
Proven Successful Sales Experience and Performance in the Dental field
The ability to multi-task and process technical information
Strong Presentation Skills in front of doctors, staff, and peers
Strong Data Analytics and ability to decipher and apply logic associated with data and sales analytics
Excel, Powerpoint, Office format software working knowledge
Preferred
Bi-Lingual (Spanish Preferably)
Five (5) years of proven sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment and contract sales
Excellent in business math, pricing, margins and gross profit analysis
