Responsibilities
Manages and oversees specific goals and action plans for all branch locations within region and holds all direct reports accountable for results
Drives new regional business opportunities and supports all national account programs
Drives implementation of all company policies and procedures while attaining budgeting sales quotas and gross profit targets for entire region
Recruits, hires, trains and develops General Managers to operate each business unit
Develops and maintains relationships with key regional customers and with regional suppliers
Manages complete sales and expense budget for the region and oversees all national marketing efforts (i.e. Constant Contact)
Qualification
Required
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline
Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field
May require certification
Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of management experience
