Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans for all new customer onboardings
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
Maintain frequent, proactive communication with customers throughout the onboarding lifecycle
Lead customer meetings, including agendas, verbal updates, and written follow-ups outlining deliverables and next steps
Research and resolve customer questions promptly, offering process and product based solutions
Identify and resolve technical challenges by applying deep functional and technical expertise
Serve as a subject matter specialist with strong knowledge of relevant systems, workflows, and tools
Demonstrate autonomy and ownership in managing tasks and projects without direct supervisory responsibilities
Act as a driving force for innovation, issue resolution, and operational excellence during onboarding
Influence stakeholders, lead tasks and calls with organization and professionalism, and guide customers confidently through complex situations
Manage unexpected issues and complex business challenges using strong analytical and problem solving skills
Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams, demonstrating full ownership of project outcomes and customer satisfaction
Deliver hands-on, expert level work that directly contributes to customer readiness and company success
Champion best practices and ensure adherence to HireRight’s legal, contractual, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, with emphasis on customer facing projects
Strong business appropriate verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Background Check Industry experience strongly preferred
