This role involves managing the full lifecycle of title and settlement transactions while building strong referral relationships.

Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of residential and/or commercial title and settlement transactions from opening through closing
Originate, maintain, and grow a personal pipeline, targeting 10–20 closings per month
Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely closings
Review title searches, identify and resolve title issues, and prepare accurate settlement statements
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties throughout the transaction process
Represent the company at networking events, builder meetings, and industry functions to develop and expand referral sources
Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Active Title Producer License (required in applicable states)
1–3 years of experience managing residential and/or commercial real estate closings
Proven success originating and/or managing a steady volume of closings
Established book of business with demonstrated production history
Strong communication, client service, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
