Creative Coordinator
eTeam is seeking a Creative Coordinator to support the Director in driving digital initiatives across pivotal websites within the Ad Sales division. This role involves maintaining consistency in copy and design, building and managing website content, and supporting online livestream production.

Responsibilities
Update and maintain the Together Site using WordPress, our content management system (CMS); Requires light HTML + CSS coding, asset updates, general upkeep
Coordinate with internal teams to gather content assets for website updates, press announcements, case studies and digital campaigns
Research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings
Ensure website functionality and raise any technical issues to the developer team to help troubleshoot
Monitor website performance metrics and provide regular reports on key indicators such as traffic, engagement, and conversions
Assist in the livestream production for major B2B events hosted on site
Conduct audits of the website to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Support digital asset creation and updates using Canva as needed
Collaborate with designers and developers to implement user interface enhancements and website redesigns
Utilize web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance and user behavior
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and website management
Synthesize and analyze numbers into comprehensible learnings beyond pulling reports
Assist with AI-related research, including gathering information, analyzing trends, and supporting exploratory projects
Support operational needs such as documentation, testing, and coordination across AI initiatives
Manage admin for VP (schedules, meeting coordination, travel etc) as well as assist with scheduling for the rest of the team
Qualification

Preferred
Preferred Majors: Advertising, Broadcast Journalism, Communications, Digital / New Media, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Marketing
Basic understanding and experience in HTML and CSS (Preferred)
Basic understanding and experience in Canva or Adobe Photoshop
