Responsibilities

Advising companies on U.S. import and export regulations, including customs valuation, tariff classification, country-of-origin issues, and compliance with evolving trade policies
Litigating supply chain and commercial disputes
Drafting pleadings and motions
Developing case strategy
Managing matters independently or as part of a team

Required

At least five (5) years of experience in international trade and customs law and supply chain litigation
Experience advising companies on U.S. import and export regulations, including customs valuation, tariff classification, country-of-origin issues, and compliance with evolving trade policies
Experience litigating supply chain and commercial disputes
Strong experience drafting pleadings and motions
Developing case strategy
Managing matters independently or as part of a team
Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
Strong attention to detail
Sound judgment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
Admission to practice in the applicable jurisdiction

Preferred

Experience with matters involving U.S. Customs and Border Protection
Experience with the U.S. Court of International Trade
Experience with tariffs
