Senior Account Executive Sales
Empact Technologies is a fast-growing AI-native compliance and risk management platform serving the energy and infrastructure sectors. The Senior Account Executive will own end-to-end high value sales cycles with sophisticated stakeholders in the clean energy sector, driving new annual recurring revenue through consultative sales of Empact’s software solutions.

Responsibilities
Own full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to contract execution across highly regulated organizations. Develop a pipeline of business for large asset owners, operators, and developers
Position Empact as the category leader for lifecycle compliance and risk management Software as a Service (SaaS) through thought leadership, active participation in industry associations, and collaboration with Empact’s marketing team to elevate brand presence and demand generation efforts
Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales processes involving diverse groups such as operations, finance, legal, procurement, and executive leadership. Cultivate relationships with key decision makers at target accounts
Demonstrate deep understanding of industry operations and ability to articulate the value of Empact’s SaaS as a strategic solution that helps customers streamline operations, reduce risk and drive efficiency and visibility across their organizations
Utilize structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and maintain disciplined CRM (HubSpot) hygiene to ensure accurate forecasting, qualification, and predictable pipeline performance
Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing Teams to support Empact’s product direction and advocate for customer needs and support successful post-sale implementation and adoption
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or compliance software - preferably selling into regulated or operationally complex critical infrastructure sectors (Renewable Energy, Utilities, Energy, Public Works, Supply Chain, Data Center, or Manufacturing)
Proven success managing complex, consultative, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales with long sales cycles with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred
Deep familiarity with IRA programs, labor compliance, and/or energy project development
Strong understanding of the renewable energy ecosystem, including EPCs, developers, and tax equity partners
Demonstrated use of MEDDPICC, Challenger, or other structured sales methodologies
