Responsibilities
This position is responsible for assisting the faculty in setting up laboratory scenarios, nursing skill lab modules, and coordinating the delivery of scenarios in multi-disciplinary activities
In addition, this position is responsible for providing administrative oversight to supply, reagent, and equipment orders, as well as maintaining the organization and good working order of these items
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with preparing for and cleaning up after health science labs
Familiarity with using and maintaining healthcare lab equipment
Ability to maintain inventory and procure lab supplies for health science labs
Ability to act as a resource and support person for faculty, program directors, and other HLS team members
Physical capability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
Strong oral and written communication skills
Possess computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in a clinical health field or equivalent experience
Familiarity with basic medical equipment
Clinical knowledge and experience working in a healthcare related field
Experience working with a diverse student population
