Responsibilities
Lead and support GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and multi-entity configurations
Partner with clients to assess accounting processes that align with U.S. GAAP and internal controls
Configure dimensions, charts of accounts, reporting structures, and dashboards to support real-time financial visibility
Manage and execute month-end and year-end close processes within Sage Intacct, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and review financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports
Support revenue recognition, expense allocations, intercompany transactions, and consolidations
Assist with audit preparation, documentation, and auditor inquiries
Train client accounting teams on Sage Intacct functionality and best practices
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation solutions
Serve as senior escalation point for complex accounting or system issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including consulting or client-facing roles
Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct (implementation, optimization, or daily operational use)
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, or complex reporting environments
Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools and dashboards preferred
