Responsibilities

Collaborate with Designers, Functional Analysts and Solution Architects to convert requirements into system designs, including workflows, data models, integration points, and user interactions
Drive clarity in requirements by validating and updating existing business processes, workflows, and system interactions for upcoming releases
Lead requirement gathering in an Agile delivery model, partnering closely with functional analysts, business product owners, and architecture teams to capture business needs and operational challenges
Partner with product and functional analysts to maintain and prioritize the product backlog, supporting scope definition and release planning
Participate in and at times lead white‑boarding sessions to ensure technical direction aligns with business objectives, representing the voice of the business
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, grooming sessions, and cross‑functional reviews to gather feedback and resolve open questions
Act as a primary liaison between the MyCARVYKTI Patient Support team and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and transparent flow of information
Collaborate with testing teams to define business scenarios and test cases to validate system functionality against requirements
Partner with the business and Functional Analyst teams to prepare for and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring proper documentation of findings

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology product management, business analysis, or systems implementation
Demonstrated experience in Agile delivery, including requirement elicitation, backlog management, and user story development
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and partner with architects, engineers, and testing teams
Excellent process‑mapping skills and experience documenting operational workflows
Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship‑management capabilities across cross‑functional teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive clarity in ambiguous situations, and work effectively in fast‑moving, highly collaborative environments

Preferred

Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or advanced therapies (CAR‑T, cell therapy) environments
Exposure to patient services, case management workflows, or commercial operations within healthcare
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, process‑mapping tools (e.g., Visio), and enterprise product delivery frameworks
Understanding of regulated environments, including compliance, quality, privacy, and data‑security considerations
