Responsibilities
Spearhead cross-functional teams consisting of skilled hardware, firmware, QA engineers, production personnel, and marketing professionals to drive projects from initial inception to volume production
Own the project lifecycle by establishing comprehensive schedules and budgets, ensuring every milestone is met with precision
Act as a proactive problem-solver, identifying bottlenecks early and "getting in the weeds" with engineering and manufacturing to keep delivery on track
Champion clear communication by presenting project status versus plan to executive leadership, ensuring alignment across the global network
Qualification
Required
You hold a BSEE or BSCS degree with hands-on development experience in a high-tech environment
You have 5+ years of dedicated project management experience, with a proven track record of building complex schedules in MS Project or Smartsheets
You possess a deep understanding of hardware product development processes and how they transition into volume manufacturing
You are a 'doer' who takes initiative to resolve technical bottlenecks and drive results
Preferred
Experience specifically with GNSS receiver technology or high-precision positioning
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
