Research
Responsibilities
Conduct regular quality inspections and tests on products
Analyze data from testing to identify trends and areas for improvement
Document findings and prepare detailed reports for management
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field in manufacturing or quality control GMP setting in biotech (preferably), pharmaceutical, biopharma
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a Scientific discipline is required, no PH.D
Knowledge of analytical methods and related instrumentation such as HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS, UV/Vis spectrophotometry, and titration
Experience testing with compendia (USP/EP) or knowledge of compendia
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills; Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools
Preferred
GLIMS Labware experience is a plus
