Responsibilities
Collect on past-due invoices while maintaining positive client relationships
Collaborate with Cash Application and offshore Collections teams
Analyze aging reports and past-due trends to identify risk and root causes of non-payment
Prepare and maintain collections and performance reports using Excel
Assist with process improvements, documentation, and reporting enhancements
Provide feedback and guidance to offshore team members
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and SOX procedures
Partner with internal teams to drive process efficiencies
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Finance, or related roles
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a client-facing environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
Prior reporting or project-based experience
Strong attention to detail
