Responsibilities
Trained to assist with the preparation of various client financial disclosure documents
Coordinate with fellow project managers and internal teams to ensure client SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) filings are executed timely and accurately
Develop and foster positive relationships with executive level clients by actively participating in client meetings and/or onboardings
Ensure resolution to client inquiries by acting as first point of contact, directing and/or escalating concerns to the appropriate internal teams
Document all client activities on internal workflow tool to ensure proper detailed documentation for job tracking and billing
Qualification
Required
3-5 Years Experience working in client service environment
3-5 Years Experience in financial services industry
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
