HR Generalist

Responsibilities

Partner with assigned business units to understand business objectives and provide HR expertise and solutions
Serve as a liaison between business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence in areas such as : Succession Planning, Talent Management, Labor Relations, Employment and Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance and Training and Development
Collaborate with HR colleagues to analyze and design systems and processes that effectively attract, reward, and motivate the workforce
Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
Interpret and apply survey and market data, employee data, labor agreements, and workforce analytics to support business decisions
Support labor forecasting, workforce planning, and recruitment initiatives aligned with business goals
Participate in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist role
Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Proven ability to build effective partnerships and influence at multiple organizational levels
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred

Master's degree in HR or related discipline
Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR)
