The Assistant Project Manager – Data Center/BESS will support project planning, coordination, and execution, working closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
Assist with the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules for transmission projects
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams during project mobilization and execution
Support estimators with take-offs, submittals, and proposal preparation
Draft, track, and submit Requests for Information (RFIs); participate in client and internal project meetings
Maintain logs of project updates, resource delays, and permitting or Right-of-Way progress
Prepare regular status reports for leadership and clients, highlighting risks, barriers, and progress
Provide direct support to Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure project workflows remain on track
Coordinate with administrative staff to complete timesheets, expense reports, invoices, and procurement documentation
Track project equipment (rentals, breakdowns, relocations) and maintain accurate logs
Support procurement and delivery of construction consumables and materials to field sites
Qualification
Required
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic field and office environment
Strong computer proficiency, with experience in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of billing processes, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel to project sites, as needed
