The role involves promoting brand awareness, securing new business, and building strong relationships with clients and partners in the leisure and MICE segments.

Responsibilities

Proactively promoting the regions brands across local, domestic, and international markets
Securing new business and managing existing key accounts to maximise revenue potential
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and event organisers
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Representing the company at trade shows, travel functions, roadshows, and sales trips
Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of client expectations

Required

Over 5 years' experience in hotel sales, preferably within the Leisure and/or MICE markets
Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
Willingness to travel and represent the hotel at industry events
Bachelor's degree in communications or related field
Pro-active, self motivated, loves challenges
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a 5 star Hotel
Excellent communication skills
The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
