Responsibilities
Maintain and analyze standard costs; perform manufacturing variance, margin, and profitability analysis
Manage inventory valuation, physical counts, reconciliations, and obsolescence analysis
Support annual manufacturing budgets, forecasts, and cost projections for new products and process changes
Prepare monthly cost reports, KPIs, and ad hoc analysis to support operational and financial decision-making
Ensure GAAP compliance, strong internal controls, and audit support related to manufacturing and inventory
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, inventory management, and ERP systems
Advanced Excel skills and experience working in Excel-heavy environments
Proven ability to drive process improvements and act as a confident change agent
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
