Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for in-office needs and general inquiries
Support daily office operations, including mail handling, supply management, and office organization
Coordinate office logistics such as meeting room scheduling, visitor check-ins, and onsite events
Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires (e.g., workspace setup, badges, equipment coordination)
Provide administrative support to teams as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
Partner with HR, IT, and Facilities on office-related requests and issue resolution
Ensure the office environment remains professional, safe, and welcoming
Support compliance with company policies related to office use and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment
High attention to detail and follow-through
Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset
Proficiency with basic office technology and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Max 24 hours a week, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in the office
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office coordination, or support role preferred
Experience working in an in-office or hybrid office environment is a plus
Prior experience supporting multiple teams or stakeholders is beneficial
Associate's degree or relevant coursework in business administration or a related field preferred
