Responsibilities
Work one on one with clients and sales to solve complex billing issues within all Pitney Bowes entities via phone, email and chat
Collaborate with other departments to solve client issues
Find root cause to prevent repeat issues
Collect on accounts where appropriate
Help drive PB revenue by identifying customer needs and providing recommendations to clients on service/product use where appropriate
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Highly organized with ability to multitask and manage change
Demonstrated ability to manage your workday with little guidance
Strong verbal and written communication skills for discussing topics with clients with great attention to detail
Active listening skills to determine customer needs and a best course of action
Ability to be patient and friendly with all types of customers
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with computers and telephone etiquette
Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear and concise directions to customers
High School diploma or equivalent
A strong working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
