Human Resources Generalist
Cogent Analytics is an established provider of licensing and compliance management solutions. The HR Generalist is responsible for onboarding, payroll management, employee relations, and serving as a strategic advisor on HR policies while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
Oversee new hire onboarding and training programs
Manage employee relations and recommend/implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Organize and maintain employee records and manage compensation and benefits
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to management
Conduct weekly or bi-weekly team meetings and quarterly performance reviews
Manage payroll and generate ICP reports
Develop employee improvement plans and growth/promotion plans as needed
Maintain and review skills matrices for all employees
Update training programs and documentation, including implementing retraining plans when necessary
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years HR experience
Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR
High level of initiative and independence
Ability to accomplish goals with minimal supervision
Preferred
SHRM-CP certification a plus but not required
