Sales and Business Development Associate
Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective clients
Build rapport quickly, understand client needs, and explain how our service works
Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to the legal team
Follow up with warm leads to answer questions and encourage sign-up
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet and exceed performance goals
Qualification
Required
1+ years in inside sales, lead generation, or client development (startup or high-volume environment preferred)
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build trust quickly and close with confidence
Results-driven, coachable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Strong time management skills; able to prioritize effectively
Preferred
CRM experience
Quick learner with new tools and systems
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
