Responsibilities
Assist in building a sales team
Conduct residential and light commercial sales consultations
Develop and present system replacement and upgrade proposals
Close sales while protecting margins and company standards
Perform accurate job scoping based on technical expertise
Perform HVAC service, diagnostic, and installation work as needed
Support installation and service teams with hands-on technical work
Track KPIs, sales performance, and gross margins
Perform consistent follow-ups on all sales opportunities
Coordinate closely with service, install, and operations teams
Use ServiceTitan for estimates, pricing, documentation, and reporting
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on HVAC installation and service experience
Ability to independently install and repair HVAC systems
Proven HVAC sales experience
Strong technical and diagnostic skills
Proficiency with ServiceTitan
High ethical standards and strong communication skills
Ability to self-manage in a sole-sales role
Valid Driver's License
