Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator, you will lead the tactical day-to-day activities within the Donor Advancement Program, focusing on cultivating mid-level donor relationships to grow client programs and enhance donor loyalty.

Responsibilities
Initiate strategy sessions and provide input to team for developing strategy
Maintain status documents for all DA clients
Generate & QC data files and reports for all DA clients
Facilitate Handwritten Note Process for all DA clients
Generate & QC weekly Stewardship and Cultivation lists from the DA User Interface (GUI)
Refresh Ambassador Communications for all DA clients
Serve as a point of contact for the client & internal teams for campaigns
Performs other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a min of 0-2 years marketing and/or communications experience, preferably in marketing or equivalent experience required
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required
Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize timelines, and deadline-driven
Ability to maintain positive relationships with the THD team and the external client team
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
Preferred
Knowledge of database marketing/fundraising and account management preferred
