Responsibilities
Support oligonucleotide processing activities under the guidance of senior scientific staff
Execute laboratory-scale and pilot-scale processes to support research initiatives and in-house material needs
Perform routine in-process analytical testing (e.g., pH, conductivity, UV, basic chromatography)
Assist in the preparation, execution, and documentation of non-GMP manufacturing runs
Follow established SOPs and batch records in a cGLP laboratory environment
Support the drafting and revision of SOPs, batch records, and technical documentation
Operate laboratory and analytical equipment following appropriate training
Accurately document experimental work in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Development, Analytical Sciences, and Manufacturing
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory workspace
Support inventory management activities as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline
0–2 years of laboratory experience (academic, co-op, internship, or industry experience acceptable)
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality laboratory documentation
Willingness to learn regulated laboratory practices and manufacturing workflows
Ability to work collaboratively, follow instructions, and manage time effectively
Preferred
Basic familiarity with analytical techniques such as pH, conductivity, HPLC, or LC-MS
