The NJ Department of Environmental Protection is dedicated to reducing air pollution and enhancing sustainability initiatives. They are seeking a Sustainability Data Analysis Intern to conduct data analyses related to energy savings from tree plantings and assist with outreach to collect data.

Qualification
Required
The ideal candidate will be organized, timely, an excellent communicator, and be comfortable with learning and using mapping and database software
Seeking individuals enrolled at an accredited university/college studying one of the Physical Sciences, Environmental Sciences/Studies, Chemical Sciences, Biological Sciences, or in Environmental Planning, Environmental Policy, Sustainability, Communications, Public Policy, or Physical Geography
Appointee will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position
Selected candidates must be authorized to work in the United States per the Department of Homeland Security, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services regulations
