Responsibilities

Optimizing the delivery of HR data, systems, and analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across the organization
Ensuring the integrity and effective use of our HRIS (SuccessFactors) platform
Championing data governance
Driving insights through people analytics to enhance workforce planning, employee experience, and HR process improvement
Playing a key role in our payroll, rewards and mobility processes

Required

Proven Human Resources experience with a focus on HR systems, analytics, and payroll processing
Overall understanding of HR lifecycle processes and their system integration points
Strong knowledge of proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI
Expert level of data accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT and data governance
