Responsibilities

Integrate, maintain, and support secure AV systems across conferencing, command centers, and mission‑critical spaces

Troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues in fast‑paced, secure environments

Lead implementation and lifecycle management of AV systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron, Cisco TelePresence, AV‑over‑IP, displays, projection, audio, etc.)

Collaborate with system administrators, facilities teams, and stakeholders to plan and upgrade AV environments

Travel 10–15% for installations, testing, and system troubleshooting

Required

5+ years of AV engineering, integration, or operational support experience

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Audio Engineering, or equivalent experience
