Develop and maintain AI/ML models for crew analytics and scheduling optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and gather requirements

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model deployment
Understanding different prompting approaches, prompting strategies including chain-of-thought, and role-based prompting strategies
Familiarity with JSON
Knowledge of token management and cost-performance trade offs
Strong Understanding LLM architecture, embedding, inference behavior
Must Understand AWS bedrock, Azure and Open AI
3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
