Assist with annual budgets and fiscal year-end closeout
Process monthly reconciliation reports
Review payables in Vantage
Responsible for asset management
Prepare quarterly financial federal grant reports
Provide financial policy guidance to the Division
Initiate IDTS, ITI/ITAs, and journal entries
Qualification
Required
Experience managing accounting and budget activities
Experience with financial reports
Able to reconcile financial statements and reports
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, or related field and experience in a financial related field
Experience with the State of Utah Vantage accounting system
