Responsibilities

Define and evolve the global software and cloud procurement strategy to achieve long-term cost optimization, vendor consolidation, and technology enablement that aligns with enterprise business goals
Partner with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) leadership levels to shape high-impact enterprise agreements, commercial reciprocity initiatives, and strategic partnerships that drive reciprocal value creation
Establish and refine standardized sourcing policies, supplier segmentation models, and contracting frameworks to ensure worldwide compliance with organizational standards and technology roadmaps

Required

12+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, including at least 3 years of leadership experience managing global teams and governing enterprise-scale spend
Strong knowledge of the software and cloud vendor landscape, including major hyperscalers and enterprise-license providers, with a deep understanding of how cloud economics drive Profit and Loss (P&L) and Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA)
Proven ability in executive partnership and talent development, with a track record of advising C-suite leaders on complex deal recommendations and mentoring procurement professionals to build a high-performance culture
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or Finance

Preferred

Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) accreditation
