Director, US Media Strategy
EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing multinational biotechnology company to hire a Director, US Media Strategy. This leader will drive integrated media strategy across HCP and patient audiences, shaping omnichannel planning and maximizing brand impact through innovative, data-driven execution.
Responsibilities
Lead integrated TV + digital media strategies for HCP and patient audiences
Serve as the organization's media expert, guiding brand teams and influencing omnichannel planning
Oversee media agencies across programmatic, social, search, SEO, and TV
Optimize channel mix and investment using audience insights and ROI modeling
Own media performance, KPIs, dashboards, and ongoing optimization efforts
Translate data and analytics into actionable insights for business decisions
Ensure all media activities comply with regulatory, legal, and privacy requirements
Build strong internal partnerships and manage key external media relationships
Qualification
Required
10+ years of healthcare media experience (agency or client side)
Deep knowledge of HCP + DTC media, digital platforms, TV, social, and SEO
Strong fluency in media metrics and measurement vendors (IQVIA, Crossix)
Exceptional communication and cross‑functional leadership skills
Proven ability to convert analytics into strategic action
Bachelor's degree required
