Personal Lines Account Manager
Leavitt Heartland Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate located in Rapid City, SD, is seeking an experienced and service-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting clients with policy servicing, coverage education, and risk mitigation while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Respond to incoming service requests promptly and professionally
Handle all aspects of personal lines servicing, including changes to vehicles, lienholders, coverage, and billing questions
Educate clients on coverage gaps and risk mitigation strategies
Provide quotes and cross-sell additional coverages where appropriate
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in AMS360
Follow up on open service items and verify transactions with customers
Draft and send service-related correspondence
Assist team members and managers with service-related support tasks
Leverage personal lines product knowledge and carrier guidelines to support client needs
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty license required
3-5 years of agency experience in personal lines strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain compliance standards
Dependable with a consistent and timely work ethic
Customer-first attitude with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Preferred
Experience with AMS360 is a plus
Farm insurance experience is a plus
