Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with assigned potential and existing customers

Support planning and execution of customer engagement opportunities, including meetings, presentations, workshops, and formal responses to RFIs/RFPs

Gather and communicate customer insights, needs, and priorities to internal stakeholders including engineering, licensing, commercial, and executive teams

Develop and deliver tailored customer value propositions in coordination with cross-functional teams

Assist in implementing the customer relationship management (CRM) plan for key accounts

Track and manage customer communications and action items in alignment with business development objectives

Coordinate logistics and content for customer meetings, site visits, and key milestone events

Support the development of capture strategies and business cases for new customer opportunities

Contribute to proposal development and related business development deliverables

Maintain awareness of nuclear industry trends and regulatory environment relevant to customer interests

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable nuclear export control regulations

Maintain professional demeanor and behavior at all times in all forms of communication

Perform other duties as assigned by manager

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field

Typically, ten years of experience in the nuclear energy, electric power generation, industrial energy, or heavy manufacturing sectors

Experience with sales cycles in complex, regulated industries such as nuclear power, utilities, or process industries

Experience supporting or developing responses to RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals
