Responsibilities
Establish the facility’s identity, reputation, and operational excellence
Serve as the primary ambassador to the community, referral partners, and key stakeholders
Build systems, recruit and inspire a high-performing team, and foster a culture rooted in compassion, accountability, and clinical excellence
Guide the strategic direction of Samba Recovery, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and the delivery of high-quality, ethical care
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred in social work, counseling, human services, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of management and/or supervisory experience in a mental health or substance use treatment environment
Demonstrated leadership experience with measurable organizational results
Strong background in for-profit substance use treatment, including programs funded by commercial insurance and/or private pay
Preferred
Experience in startup or newly opening facilities preferred
Experience with state licensing requirements, regulatory compliance, and accreditation standards (Georgia DBHDD and The Joint Commission experience strongly preferred)
