Responsibilities

Provide professional expertise in IBM WebSphere MQ design, implementation, and support

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in large-scale enterprise environments

Design and implement integration solutions using WebSphere MQ

Handle escalations from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams

Deliver end-user support and resolve technical issues efficiently

Implement and manage security measures to safeguard IT infrastructure

Ensure compliance with organizational security policies

Work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment

Flexible to work in shifts (day, night, split, weekends)
