Administrator, HRIS Leave Systems
PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions. The HRIS Leave Systems Administrator will support the administration of the leave of absence system, ensuring compliance with state and municipal policies and managing HR platform SaaS applications.
Responsibilities
Administer and configure the leave of absence system, ensuring compliance with state and municipal leave policies
Develop and maintain workflows for attendance policies and lost time data
Utilize workflow automation tools such as Power Automate to streamline processes
Manage HR platform SaaS applications, including AbsenceSoft and leave/policy management systems
Handle integration and data tasks using SQL, API integration, and ETL tools like Alteryx
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in workflow automation using tools like Power Automate, Nintex, or similar platforms
Hands-on experience with HR platform SaaS administration, including AbsenceSoft and leave/policy management systems
3-5 years of integration/data experience with SQL, API integration, and ETL tools such as Alteryx
Proficiency in configuring visual workflows, business process automation, and rules-based logic in low-code or no-code platforms
Experience administering SaaS applications, including roles, permissions, environments, and feature settings
Background in application support, platform configuration, or internal tools administration
Knowledge of HR business processes, particularly around attendance and absence/leave management
