Senior Product Analyst - (AI & Predictive Modeling) - Contract

The Senior Product Analyst will drive product optimization through advanced analytics and predictive modeling, building and deploying models to generate actionable product recommendations.

Responsibilities

Own advanced analytics pipelines in Databricks and BigQuery that support product analytics, forecasting, and AI use cases
Build, train, and deploy predictive models to forecast performance and uncover product insights
Apply AI and LLMs to create automation and natural-language analytics (e.g., Slack-based analytics agents)
Integrate data and models via APIs to connect analytics, AI services, and internal tools
Partner with Product and Analytics teams to turn product questions into scalable analytical solutions
Validate and monitor models and data outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and ongoing performance
Prototype new AI-driven approaches that improve insight generation and decision-making
Communicate clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required

Advanced SQL and Python for analytics, modeling, and automation
Strong experience with Databricks and BigQuery
Data science expertise in predictive modeling and ML
Experience deploying models into production workflows
Hands-on experience with APIs and AI services
Applied knowledge of LLMs and agent-based AI
Practical experience applying AI techniques (e.g. anomaly detection, forecasting, natural language processing/summarization) to support product analysis and decision-making
Deep curiosity and hands-on passion for AI
3-5 yrs of experience
Ability to partner with stakeholders understand their use case, develop analytical frameworks, and provide data driven strategic business insight
Strong interest and skills in problem solving and issue resolution
Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to drive improvement
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace and drive change
Actively contributes to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
