Responsibilities

Identify and Establish Contact with Potential Customers: Outside Sales Representatives actively seek out potential customers and initiate contact. They schedule appointments and perform product demonstrations to showcase relevant offerings
Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships: Building strong relationships with existing customers is essential. Outside Sales Representatives follow up with potential leads and maintain connections with current clients
Attend Industry Trade Shows: These representatives participate in industry events and trade shows. They identify potential sales leads and engage with existing customers during these gatherings
Stay Informed About Industry Trends: Outside Sales Representatives keep abreast of industry developments. This knowledge helps them identify new opportunities for potential sales
Recommend Targeted Marketing Strategies: Based on their understanding of the market, they suggest effective marketing approaches for specific regions or demographics
Generate and Submit Sales Reports: These reports provide valuable insights to management. They help track sales performance and identify areas for improvement

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with or selling to residential contractors
