Senior Digital Media Strategist
MedeAnalytics is a leader in healthcare analytics and revenue-cycle technology serving hospitals, health systems, and payer organizations. They are seeking a remote Senior Digital Media Strategist to scale performance marketing across consumer and enterprise audiences by designing and owning paid digital media strategies.

Responsibilities
Design and own paid digital media strategies across paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic channels to meet acquisition, lead-gen, and brand-awareness KPIs
Plan and execute campaign setups: audience segmentation, creative testing, bid strategies, budget pacing, and channel-specific optimizations for ROAS and CPA targets
Implement and validate tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels) and measurement frameworks; collaborate with analytics to deliver multi-touch attribution and incrementality insights
Manage programmatic buys via DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk), oversee agency or vendor partners, and negotiate media where applicable
Develop regular performance reporting and actionable playbooks—identify scaling opportunities and run A/B tests to improve conversion funnels
Champion best practices for tagging, creative iteration, budget allocation, and cross-channel attribution to maximize lifetime value and reduce acquisition cost
Qualification
Required
Proven ownership of end-to-end paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels
Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; experience configuring and troubleshooting GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Experience buying via programmatic platforms such as Display & Video 360 and The Trade Desk
Strong measurement background: multi-touch attribution, UTM strategy, conversion tracking, and performance reporting
Ability to translate performance data into optimization roadmaps and A/B test plans that improve conversion rate and ROAS
Preferred
Certifications such as Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint
Experience in healthcare marketing, B2B/B2C lifecycle campaigns, or working with complex sales funnels
Familiarity with analytics/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Adobe Analytics) and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce)
