Responsibilities
Lead daily job-site operations and maintain production schedules
Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety programs
Manage crews, subcontractors, equipment, and deliveries
Ensure work is completed per plans and company standards
Communicate schedule or scope changes and support change orders
Submit daily field reports and job site documentation
Participate in daily huddles, punch list completion, and project closeout
Qualification
Required
10+ years in geotechnical or heavy civil construction OR
5+ years with a Construction Management degree
Strong leadership and communication skills
Forklift certification and valid driver's license
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
Preferred
OSHA 30 certification
