Law Practice
Responsibilities
Leading and supporting state/federal cases as well as arbitrations
Mentoring, supervising, and guiding staff and junior attorneys
Motion practice and Discovery work
Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances
Executing the solution both by directly working on it or by utilizing and delegating with appropriate junior attorneys and staff
Preparing cases for success in mediation, trial, and arbitration
Communicating with opposing counsel and with the court
Qualification
Required
3+ years of legal experience
At least 3+ years experience in Civil Litigation
Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Exceptional writing and analytical skills
Ability to work well with a team
Confidence in communication, both in person and on the phone
Empathy towards clients
Exceptional communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and associated technologies
